Human beings are weakened easily by their emotions, emotions that only few are blessed to control such. One great emotional weakness of human beings is their fear in life, fears that came from birth to death. Fears are what mostly affect the daily lives of men and women and their children, fears that develop more as we try to let it influence our lives.

As human beings, we do not know what could happen in your life and it is this doubtfulness of ourselves that our fears develop within us. Every human being should now know that it is them themselves who created this paranoia within them and that they themselves should how to conquer such imagery within them. One should now know that facing your fears is the best solution to stop this paranoia happening inside of us. Every being has its own weaknesses and strengths and that it is in our strong points that we tend to find our weak points in life. Every being, no matter how weak they are, use their strong points to conquer every weak string within their anatomy.

It is your fear that tries to stop you from reaching your goals in life, fears that even you yourself can manage and control. If you tend to let your fear overrule you, you end up a coward to the society. Many individuals achieved their dreams in life by conquering their fears and not letting these fears in them stand on their way on reaching the sweetness of success.

Marriage is perhaps the highest form of relationship among human beings. Marriage, as defined in article one of the family code of the Philippine constitution, is a special contract of permanent union between a man and a woman entered into in accordance with law for the establishment of conjugal and family life.

Annulment of marriage is a situation of where married couples are separated because of some internal conflicts as being a joined couple. In annulment, a couple would be considered legally separated from one another but still you have some complications to fulfill to your spouse even that you are no longer considered as a couple. Another issue arose from the ideas of couples who no longer want to be connected in any way with his or her previous spouse, an issue called now as absolute divorce. In absolute divorce, any member of a separated couple would be no longer connected with one another, any member of a separated couple would be allowed to remarry again and start a new conjugal and married life. Not one of the separated couple is required to strive for his or her previous spouse; they are no longer string-attached with each other.

Absolute divorce is one big social issue that our heads would be dealing, whether if we would agree or not on the implementing the legality of such act. We ourselves are not sure of what the society could possibly do if such level of separation would be allowed? A person could marry someone one after another if he or she has enough reason to commit such infidelity. If any couple would be separated for just any reason, such acts would undergo the so-called situation as breach of contract. A marriage contains some conditions that should be followed and one of which is eternal fidelity, faithfulness to your loved even at good times or bad times. An absolute divorce is a contradiction to staying faithful to one person. Being married to someone else is one big sign of infidelity. Not a single person stays faithful to someone after being attached with someone else. This situation is what we sometimes call of an act of lust, lustful emotions that could destroy the conjugal and family life of a joined couple. Absolute divorce is not yet implemented by our country’s constitution since this social issue need more time to make a decision that would be for good at all aspects.

A life of marriage with someone is not just a game you play during your childhood. You are already an adult when you get married and therefore must be responsible in every thing you are engaging your life with. Perhaps the reason why marriage is not allowed for minors is that teenagers have mixed emotions. Their emotions could change any moment of their life. Getting into an intimate relationship like marriage should be for those that are a hundred percent sure of their decision. Unmarried couples should try reaching longer time with each other exposing themselves to countless obstacles to prove whether they are already ready to engage in a conjugal and married life with only one person in their life.

The law is an overlapping system of principles that promote the common good, principles made by those who realized the harshness of injustice and the ruins of violence. It is a rule where every individual, under jurisdiction of the law, is required to abide by it regardless of his or her nature. An individual who masters the law is a competent man, a man who had been out of being ignorant to a system of rule influenced by past events or cultures. A man who masters the law is called a lawyer. It is one of the well-respected professions all over the world, a profession where you need both your will to learn about the law and your ability to analyze certain cases.

Being a lawyer is not an easy thing to do. A lawyer must be well-educated of the laws that are enacted over his or her country’s premises. You must undergo years of teaching to understand every single act. You need to memorize every article and sections under your country’s constitution. Being a lawyer means that are left responsible for your clients, to serve and protect him or her to any unjustifiable acts done against him or her. You must protect your client as if your life depended on it. You must express to the courts of jurisdiction every point of view of your clients’ innocence, being a lawyer means that you know every human being’s rights, rights that the law must preserve for the common good. You must protect each and every person’s right. Being a lawyer means that, at all means, you should protect your fellow men and your country against every unjust act and every discriminating action. Being a lawyer means that, you are conscious of every law that is enacted by the legislative body. You are capable of expressing to those people, that are ignorant of a nature of a law’s enactment, why such enactment should be done. You yourself are capable of educating your own family and countrymen of the certain objectives of an enacted law. You yourself can be a leader of an organization whose objective to preserve human justice, conserve the people’s right ad serve your countrymen.

A lawyer is a profession where you would be representing your clients in court, working overtime to search for laws and regulations to defend your clients’ innocence, searching every fault that the accuser had done in charging your client and most of al, dedicating yourself to an overlapping influence of society regarding an issue.

A lawyer is a profession where your commitment to become such professional would be tested before and during your career life, a career not only for yourself but for the betterment of all. A lawyer must undergo serious matters in life where strong-will and dedication in oneself would be needed. The law is hard but that is the law. Mastering such complicated philosophies is a task where every professional lawyer had and would have to accomplish, perhaps the greatest accomplishment a man must fulfill.

.. thE rule of thE peOplE..

The definition of democracy is simple, the rule of the people, a simple definition of what democracy is from the wikipedia.org. democracy is the current government sysytem of te Philippine archipelago, a system where every individual is a part of it. Consider yourself in a life where our government system would be change? Consider yourself putting the hopes of your fellow coutrymen to the hands of your leaders.

A certain proposal was made by some of the congreess to change our government sysytem, to change into a parliamentary system of ruling. I was part of the debating team assigned to tackle on the issues of changing our government into a parliament, a parliament where the prime minister would be the head of te government into of a president. In a parliament ruling, the prime minster would be connectd with the legislative body of the government, the body that enacts laws to its country. The prime minister’s connection with the legislative body could be a threat to us where the prime minister could ifluence the heads of the legislature to implement laws for te betterment of themselves. An abuse of such power would not be far from this situation. The prime minister’s power could bring down every opposition against him with just one simple word.

In a parliament system of government, not every individual is given a chance to choose whom he or she wants to become the next prime minister. Only a leser percentage of the country’s population would be conidered voters. It could mean a greater possibility of manipulation of vote cards, vote cards that could either bring good or harm to the entire nation. A nation’s success or downfall would be now in the hands of few voters.

A view of martial law would be somehow visible during a parliamentary rule. The prme minister could manipulate every person’s life. He could bring them to luxury or jeopardy. Lesser oppostions would be present in the country. Hopes of those oppositions under a parliament would be lesser than the hopes of the oppositions under a democratic government.

Life is game, you must know how to handle things and how to live by it. Try to imagine yoursel in worst case scenarios. These act could indeed prepare yourself from every obstacle that your nation would try to cross.

Prostitution describes the act of sexual intercourse in exchange for money.” A definition of prostitution coming from a world-known internet dictionary, wikipedia.org. the said internet dictionary defines prostution as somehow engaging sex as a livelihood. Prostitution in the Philippines is banned. Any person caught in the act of engaging in prostution cought be sentenced for jail.

Prostitution is also a social problem to our country. Most women who can not afford to reach high school end up in streets with pimps. One other cause of why women engage in prostitution is that it earns “more” money than those government employees earn for working for an hour. A prostitute is believed to earn about at lest two thousand pesos for an hour of perverted sex, such immoral act just enough to feed your entire family for the enitre week or just enough money to hang out in bars and coffeeshops.

Most women that suffer poverty in the entire Philippine archipelago are potential would-be prostitutes. They end up doing such a disgraceful act just to live another day with at least a crumb of bread in their sromachs. Why, of all things to solve poverty, do you have to be engage in prostitution. Your body is a sacred temple, a temple that should be used for immoral actions. Engaging in prostitution exposes tourself to world-known sexuall transmitted diseases that can make your life more of a living hell on earth. Such disease could be passed on to other persons through sexual intercouse.

Your body should be well respected. You yourself should be held responsible for its safety. Do not let others nor yourself do such immoral acts to your body.

Families, families that have the capability financially to become a leader of our country, had ruled our country. A family of dictators would rule my grandfather’s government offices and perhaps my grandchildren’s government system. There would be a ruling of so-called royal families. These situations are what we call as the political dynasty, a dynasty of families that rule our country whether for a short or long span of time. Political dynasty first started during the time of the Kings and the Queens and the pharaohs. Someone relative by blood would succeed each ruler’s position, a succession of the same principles of leadership. They are those people who have the same motive in being a leader and how they would change our country. They would try their perception of how their country should be governed through their successors that they had influenced since childhood.

Political dynasty is not allowed by the constitution of the Philippines. Political dynasty is forbidden to avoid the unequal distribution of wealth, a wealth that they earn by being a “servant” to his or her fellowmen. I am somehow confused of why our judiciary department still allow political dynasty to still exist in the country’s premises. Political dynasty is one of the things that have not been gone for the past administrative bodies. Political dynasty is prevailed by families that are in greed of power and wealth. Even though that political dynasty is very visible around the country’s boundaries, not a single act was done to try to prevent it to happen, not a single person filed a complaint against those who pertain to political dynasty. Every person is afraid to be against a family of Supremes that have enough power to sentence you to death, enough power that can destroy you and your entire family tree.

I myself am already exposed to this situation at my age of this moment of time. Different political dynasties have passed me, each perhaps in every island in the entire Philippine archipelago. Most politicians, or maybe all politicians, that had been part of a political dynasty are rich men. But can rich men solve our number one problem in our country, poverty? How could they solve this problem if they themselves haven’t slept in a manger for just once in their lifetime? Could they really understand how and why our country is filled not only by politically-engaged families but by families experiencing poverty and famine?

This article would try to open up the people’s mind to not encourage themselves in voting candidates that could be part of political dynasty unless his or her vote means a loss of a liter of blood in his body or if his or her life depends on it. At least, a single act could be done to try to prevent another reigning political dynasty. Same principles of being a leader don’t open a new idea on how to improve our country. It is the overlapping of principles that could perhaps save a nation from its downfall.

Marriage, as defined in article one of the family code of the Philippine constitution, is a special contract of permanent union between a man and a woman entered into in accordance with law for the establishment of conjugal and family life. Why did article one really specify that marriage is between a male and a female”? Is there such marriage that a man would also marry a man or something aside from a woman?

Actually, there is really such thing but is preferred to be just in a level of companionship. Solemnizing officers tend to deny those couples, aside from a man and a woman, to engage in such intimate relationship like marriage. Is this an act of discrimination? Doesn’t this act by such solemnizing officers violate us of our natural right, which is the right to love, the right to choose of whom we want to be with and be not separated unless the union violates the sacred Ten Commandments? But other than that, persons that have authority over us tend to encourage us to forbid such act in engaging in a relationship other than that of a relationship of a man and a woman, influencing us to what they say as the ideal view of a relationship or perhaps the practical view of a relationship a relationship where the public should consider the way it is supposed to be.

To be honest, I am talking about relationships between lesbians or homosexuals, relationship between those of the same sexes. It is now visible in our society that there is indeed such type of relationship. We tend to discriminate them for doing such acts that we thought to be immoral. But they are also human beings, they have their own pint of view on which they want to engage in an affair with. Instead we should try to somehow listen to their point of views. If they could prove to us that they should be together as couples, then without further doubts, we should support them in their decision. They are also human beings regardless of how they act and think and therefore deserve equal respect.

Same-sex marriages are somehow not valid in our constitution but there is no law that forbids us from our freedom of expression. We humans express our love in different ways, ways that somehow could be weird to our society.
