You are capable of expressing to those people, that are ignorant of a nature of a law’s enactment, why such enactment should be done. You yourself are capable of educating your own family and countrymen of the certain objectives of an enacted law. You yourself can be a leader of an organization whose objective to preserve human justice, conserve the people’s right ad serve your countrymen.
